Two one-bedroom cottages, located near each other and yet offering complete privacy from each other. One with a pool, the other sitting on a breathtaking creek. Both with a fully appointed kitchen and a BBQ so you can enjoy nature in the Byron Hinterland. Both bedrooms come with a comfortable king-size bed, that guarantees a restful time and healthy sleep! In the spacious living areas you will find an electric fire place and a reverse cycle airconditioner/heater, a comfortable sofa, and a 4K TV with Apple TV and many streaming channels. All this for a great and comfortable time spent indoors. The fully-equipped kitchen further allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills and the dining area provides a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal. For the guests staying at the Creek House, because this is a remote property, they will get to experience the liberating feeling of using an outdoor shower! And of course, let us not forget to mention our beautiful greenery surroundings where you can relax, enjoy the sun, fresh air and listen to the calming sound of nature.
Other Details to Note
MOBILE COVERAGE: Given that this is a remote property, your mobile will probably not receive coverage. Please take this into account when travelling to the property and please ensure you have the WIFI Calling feature turned on so you can use your mobile as you would normally through the WIFI network when you arrive. LAUNDRY ACCESS: The cleaner may need to access the washer and dryer which are located at the rear of the house during your stay. They will usually be pretty quick and very respectful of your privacy, but please be mindful of this when you have a shower and angle the blinds appropriately. DRIVING TO THE PROPERTY: As you approach the final stretch, please note that the last couple of kilometres of road are unsealed. However, rest assured that the road is generally in good condition. Whether you’re driving a 2WD or a 4WD/AWD vehicle, you should be able to navigate it without any major issues. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of their choice of wheels. Just take it slow and be attentive. ANIMALS ON THE ROAD CAUTION: Our local wild animals are not accustomed to vehicles. Occasionally, they might dart across the road unexpectedly. Drive attentively and be prepared to stop if needed. MAINTENANCE CREW: The extensive garden requires regular maintenance by the gardeners and lawn mowing team. They may need to access the property during your stay, but they will always prioritise your privacy and avoid working near the house unless they are aware that you are out for the day. Similarly, the pool technician may need access to the pool and pool pump area under the decking to ensure everything is running smoothly for you.
