MOBILE COVERAGE: Given that this is a remote property, your mobile will probably not receive coverage. Please take this into account when travelling to the property and please ensure you have the WIFI Calling feature turned on so you can use your mobile as you would normally through the WIFI network when you arrive. LAUNDRY ACCESS: The cleaner may need to access the washer and dryer which are located at the rear of the house during your stay. They will usually be pretty quick and very respectful of your privacy, but please be mindful of this when you have a shower and angle the blinds appropriately. DRIVING TO THE PROPERTY: As you approach the final stretch, please note that the last couple of kilometres of road are unsealed. However, rest assured that the road is generally in good condition. Whether you’re driving a 2WD or a 4WD/AWD vehicle, you should be able to navigate it without any major issues. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of their choice of wheels. Just take it slow and be attentive. ANIMALS ON THE ROAD CAUTION: Our local wild animals are not accustomed to vehicles. Occasionally, they might dart across the road unexpectedly. Drive attentively and be prepared to stop if needed. MAINTENANCE CREW: The extensive garden requires regular maintenance by the gardeners and lawn mowing team. They may need to access the property during your stay, but they will always prioritise your privacy and avoid working near the house unless they are aware that you are out for the day. Similarly, the pool technician may need access to the pool and pool pump area under the decking to ensure everything is running smoothly for you. PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are welcome! To ensure the comfort of all our guests and to maintain the quality of the property, we have a few simple rules for our four-legged guests: * Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas without your pet blankets. If you know your pet loves to cuddle, you MUST bring your own pet blankets to cover our furniture completely. * Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property. * Excessive Cleaning: We understand that adventures in the hinterland can get a little messy! However, please ensure your pet is clean and dry before entering the retreat to avoid excessive mess. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for removing evidence of pets from furniture, soiled linens (e.g., muddy paw prints), or excessive pet hair.
